Nach vielen Jahrzehnten ist es and der Zeit unsere 3 Firmen, zu einer Firma zu konsolidieren. Sowohl die GrammoFile GmbH wie auch die IntelliWorld GmbH werden in die IntelliTrade Holding integriert welche dann in die IntelliWorld AG umbenannt wird.

Die IntelliWorld AG führt ab diesem Zeitpunkt folgenden Abteilungen:

• HifiWorld (ehemalige GrammoFile)
• IntelliWorld Consulting (LifeStyle Projekte)

Sämtliche Informationen an unsere Partner zu Kommunikation wie Telefonnummer, Email, Bestellungen, Bankangaben usw. folgen in der zweiten Hälfte April.

Als Importeur seit 1979 ist es uns wichtig unsere Partner zu unterstützen und Ihnen eine neutrale Platform anzubieten. Mit unserem Lager welches sich in naher Distanz befindet können wir schnell und effizient liefern. Seit 2023 verfügen wir zudem über einen Schulungsraum um unsere Partner in Sachen Produkte “sattelfest” auszubilden.

We thank you all for your commitment and trust you have supported us with for so many years since my wife Yvonne & myself have taken over the company back in 2011. When we came back in 2008, we did not expect it to be such a great and successful journey. Especially the last five years were rather demanding when it comes to remain constant with our longtime Philosophy, wich to us was more important than sticking to certain brands just because of the good money. First the Pandemic, then the economic issues due to a massive political storm, the Swiss energy crisis and last but not least and very personal, the loss of Jean Bouix my beloved Dad and Mentor back in May 2023.

2025 will be a year of important changes for GrammoFile as many of you already are aware of and we are looking so much forward to it. We will even more than ever simplify our structure and processes, become more accessible and our beautiful and exclusive brands will be represented on an even higher and more personal level through our small but very specific selected Partner Network throughout Switzerland. We would like to inform you that ProAc has released a new finish called “Liquid Amber”. It is just beautiful and is part of the “Special Finish” Option at a surcost. Towards this, there are more and more Speakerstypes and finishes coming through with the new magnetic grills. Unless you or your customer insitsts on magnetic grills, it will depend on the stock situation what we will be delivering. Please understand that the existing Cabinets need to be sold first. This can very much also depend on the finish you request. As black may be with magnetic grills, a white pair may not yet.
